Tune Up
Our tune up service provides an on-site visit by one of our expert service technicians. They will do a visual inspection of your system and make recommendations about any needed changes that would allow your system to operate more efficiently or that will help to avoid future issues.
Energy Savings Agreement
A Capitol Mechanical Energy Savings Agreement is the best way to ensure that you get the maximum benefit from your air conditioning and heating system while spending the lowest possible amount on the energy to run the system. Our Energy Savings Agreement includes once or twice yearly visits to thoroughly check and inspect all of the key operations of your unit.
Duct Testing, Repair and Replacement
Ducts are the physical hardware used to transport cold or hot air from your system into your living spaces. Ducts that leak that cold or hot air can represent a significant source of energy loss. Capitol Mechanical can provide documented Duct Leakage testing. This test will provide to you an estimate as to how much air is being lost within your ducting network.
If it is determined that an issue exists, Capitol Mechanical can offer duct repairs or full or partial duct replacement.
